as we are approach our second anniversary I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support throughout 2010 and update you will all the latest news and upcoming events for 2011.
CARDAMON started trading June 2009 where various events took place including Charity nights, Valentines meals for the couples, Mothering Sunday and Christmas celebrations with live entertainment and karaoke.
The main highlights of them all were the cooking of the biggest Onion Bhajee and the White Tiger Fish. The Onion Bhajee weighing 115kg.

The White Tiger Fish was 6.5 foot long weighing 180lb, top cook for more than 200 hungry customers. The fish was marinated overnight in a special blend of olive oil, coriander and seasoning before being cooked for 8 hours. The event included many visitors and also helped raise £1865 for Warrington Guardian Charity of the year Brainwave.
